These terms govern your use of Gratia.one. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

Gratia provides tools for churches and related organizations. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.


2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or threatens the platform.


3. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.


4. Content and Church Data

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to share and publish any content you upload.


5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Gratia to harass, spam, deceive, or violate privacy. Do not upload illegal content. We can remove content or limit access if necessary to protect users, churches, or the integrity of the platform.


6. Changes to the Service

We may update features, pricing, or availability. We will attempt to communicate meaningful changes in a reasonable way. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.


7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gratia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


8. Disputes

Any disputes will be handled in the company’s home jurisdiction under applicable law.
